To support our commitment to innovation, expertise, and service in all we do, we provide our retail partners access to an exclusive level of business operating standards. Here is what we will do for you:

Service and Communication

  • Phone and email messages returned within 4 working hours.
  • We will acknowledge receipt of your new submission by fax or e-mail upon receipt, and identify the team members who will be working with you.
  • We will communicate marketing strategies on new business submissions within 2 working days of receipt (sooner for those indicated as rush situations).
  • We will solicit renewal information 90 to 120 days prior to expiration, and reserve markets as necessary for renewal.
  • We will establish your renewal strategies 30 to 60 days before renewal.
  • We will clearly convey quote deadlines as needed to our carriers, and follow up prior to the quote date.
  • We will provide you with coverage forms, comparison documents or highlight sheets when available.
  • Upon receipt of the policy from the carrier, it will be quality checked within 5 working days by the CSR and/or Marketer. Policy will then be promptly delivered by mail, or personally by Broker.
